Equipped with a PLC + Omron touchscreen control system, it displays
real-time pressure, temperature, steam temperature, and other
values, and automatically alarms and shuts down in case of abnormal
conditions.
High Performance and Large Capacity Coverage
Main models cover capacities from 60L (TE-60) to 450L (TE-450),
with 450L-class models available via customization. Heating power
ranges from 6 to 32 kW (380V voltage), with a minimum daily
processing capacity of 180L.
Overall recovery rate of 80%, optimized for solvents such as
toluene, xylene, , and NMP, supporting solid-liquid separation and
hazardous waste reduction.
Wide solvent compatibility
Compatible with aromatic hydrocarbons (toluene), ketones
(butanone), alcohols (isopropyl alcohol), chlorinated solvents
(dichloromethane), and mixed solvents (gun cleaning water,
anti-whitening water), particularly effective in handling
high-boiling-point or explosive solvents.
Not suitable for highly toxic or strongly corrosive solvents such
as nitrocellulose, strong acids, or strong alkalis.
